Service Location Update
We are currently ONLY providing picnic services at a few outside local parks. You can select your park via your intake form before checking out. Aside from the parks we have listed, we are offering our luxury picnic services in private locations, such as client's home or our stunning indoor picnic studio at the Libra Creative Studio in West Columbia, South Carolina, until further notice.

Intimate Occasions Luxury Picnics is a local service provider currently servicing Columbia, South Carolina and the surrounding areas. We specialize in picnics, romantic room decor and micro-event planning. Our intimate services are guaranteed to provide you with an experience of a lifetime. Perfect for any special occasion. Birthdays, Anniversaries, Proposals, and everything in between.
The general idea is that you, your partner and/or your closest friends gather around a whimsical display to eat beautiful, delicious food and cocktails and enjoy each other's company. Featuring gorgeous plate settings, a low-sitting table, pillows, flower arrangements and soft romantic lighting if and when you're indoors. Our ultimate goal is to assist our guest with creating memories with their love ones and spend quality time together.
We want to reunite family and friends together in an environment that is safe and comfortable. Each of our picnics tells a story. It's a unique experience to gather at the local park or even in the privacy of your backyard or home. Whether you are popping the question, celebrating a birthday, or enjoying life, we are here to make your picnic dreams come true.
The best part is, we do all the work, so you don’t have to raise a finger. We take care of all the details- we scout the perfect location and arrange it all in a magnificent way! Plus, we pack everything up when you're done so you can simply walk away!

I bring you greetings from Columbia, South Carolina. A few years ago, if someone would have told me that I would have successfully started a business, I wouldn’t believe them. Especially, in the lovely industry of event planning. I never knew I had an eye for such a thing. Intimate Occasions Luxury Picnics was started during the Spring of 2021.
My mission is to encourage all of my guest to spend time with their love ones all while making memorable moments. Quality time is so important. The concept behind Intimate Occasions Luxury Picnics is for our guest to do as little as possible. Not everyone has the time nor the patience to throw together an extravagant spread and that’s where we come in. Taking the stress away! Our guest would simply choose a package of their choice, select any additional add-ons such as our delicious charcutertie board, our donut rack, fruit tray or even our 12×12 bubble tent that is perfect for the cooler months.
Each package is customized to your liking. Afterward, all you would need to do is show up and enjoy. I love the versatility of this industry. Perfect for any occasion. Our picnics can be held at your home, hotel room or local parks. Whether you are looking to organize a surprise birthday celebration, celebrate an anniversary and/or propose to the love of your life, Intimate Occasions Luxury picnics will make it happen.
