Book a Luxury Picnic
Our current price structure is based on labor + inventory +number of guests for the selected package opposed to the age of our diverse clientele. All of our luxury picnic packages include games, a Bluetooth speaker, and complimentary drinks. All other items will be listed in the description box of the packages you select.
Meals are not included in our packages. However, you have the option to pick from our long list of add-on options.

Sip & Paint Picnics
Our MOST POPULAR package.
This package is very therapeutic. It includes a pre-drawn canvas, paint & brushes all while enjoying a nice luxurious picnic.

Solo Picnics
I highly encourage self-care.
If you're planning a weekend to yourself without the kids, in a new location or just need a few hours to yourself. This is the perfect package for you.

Group Picnics
ISSA PARTY!
Our group picnics go up to 20 guests. Enjoy a luxury picnic in a secluded setting with your closest friends and family. Quality time is extremely important.
Things you need to know...

Booking
To guarantee accommodating special requests; please aim to book at least 2 weeks in advance.
Services are ONLY offered on weekends. If there's a specific number of guests you're looking to book for, let us know! We can accommodate up to 20 guests and create a package just for you. Also, if there's a date you're interested in that's not listed let us know. Time slots can vary based on the season.

Retainer Fee. Balances. Invoices.
A retainer fee is required at the time of booking based on the package you select + the add-ons you add to your package. Which is usually 50% of your balance or less. A retainer fee is an advanced payment to HOLD a service. A retainer fee is by default non-refundable. If you decide to choose from our list of add-ons; the cost of that item will be added to your retainer fee balance. Final invoices are sent the week of your event. No services will be rendered until all balances have been paid in full.
Balances are due 5 days before scheduled occasion and can only be paid via the invoice we send to your email.

Location & Distance
We are a local service provider located in Columbia, South Carolina. We proudly service the surrounding areas up to 35 miles out WITHOUT a travel fee. Distances can be verified via MAPS and/or Google.

Travel
Locations over 35 miles but within 50 miles from Columbia will be charged an additional convenience fee of $100.
(Locations such as Sumter, Orangeburg etc.) We do not travel over 50 miles from the Downtown Columbia Area.
Mileage can be calculated on your end by checking the distance from your location to downtown Columbia using MAPS or any distance calculator. Travel fees can be added to your final invoice.

Locations
We have a list of park options that are listed on your intake form before checking out. We currently work at select locations. However; clients have the option to request private locations; such as their home, hotel room and/or local venue. Events can be held indoors or outdoors.
Please be sure to have a PLAN B
location just in case. Weather can be unpredictable when having events outside.

Reschedules/Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your special occasion due to weather or any other reason such as COVID etc.; that's no problem. We can reschedule your event up to 45 days from your original date at no additional cost. Please be advised that after 45 days; you can no longer reschedule and you have lost your privileged to secure a rescheduled date. Clients who cancel their appointment 24 hours before their scheduled occasion will not have the option to reschedule. If the client chooses to cancel, they forfeit all money paid. No exceptions!
All packages include: Blankets, Assorted Pillows, Artificial Floral Arrangements, Charger Plates, Mini Picnic Table, Candle Setting, Dinner plates, Dessert plates, Flatware, Cloth Napkins, Glassware, Customized Letter Board, Waste Basket, Water/Lemonade, Hand Sanitizer, bug spray, hand wipes, & Ground Covering. Tents are not included in your package. Tents are add-on items.

Here's some things we want you to know for the Fall and Winter Season.
October, November, December, January, and February
Starting November 1st all events will be held inside our studio and private locations ONLY. Private locations are considered a client's home, indoor venues and/or hotel rooms. All provided by the client.

When temperatures are below 55 degrees all events will be held indoor ONLY.
